  • Delivered enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN and network security support across Shipboard and Shoreside environments for multiple cruise brands under Carnival Cruise Line, ensuring high availability in guest-facing, mission-critical operations.
  • Led international onsite network deployment during Dry Dock operations for the cruise vessel “Nieuw Amsterdam”, Orchestrated the upgrade and migration of 2,000+ critical devices, including Aruba switches, Palo Alto firewalls, & APs, ensuring 100% operational readiness within strict maritime timelines
  • Executed end-to-end casino and hospitality IT network deployments, configuring secure Cisco and Aruba infrastructure, integrating 1,000+ POS, gaming, and surveillance systems, and managing incident/change processes (RFC/CSR) in alignment with ITIL framework standards, with zero operational disruption.
